Process for Course Change Requests for Fall 2023-24

Course change requests will only be considered if there are circumstances that deal with:

• This course is required for graduation.
• This course is required for admission to my post-secondary school
• This course is a pre-requisites for future course(s).
• Placement in a career & service based learning course (co-op, apprenticeship, internship, service learning or youth options)

If you have met any of these requirements, students may complete the Course Request Change form Starting Friday, May 26 @ 8 am - ending Sunday, June 4 @ 4 pm. This form is submitted online to your counselor for consideration.

September 5-19

No course change requests will be made the first week of school (September 5-8th). All students will be expected to follow their schedule as listed in Infinite Campus effective September 5. To be considered for a course change, students must fill out the Course Request Change form.

September 29

This is the final day students may drop a course without incurring a penalty as outlined in the Student Handbook. After September 29, only a study hall will replace a course that is dropped. Students are allowed only 1 study hall per semester.
