We appreciate all those individuals who volunteer to help in our many areas of service. – i.e. classroom, field trips, field day, library, etc.

Are you interested in helping out in your child's classroom or being a chaperone for an upcoming field trip? If so, please complete this short I-form to begin this easy, two-step process.

Please note that any person helping in our school is required to have a routine background check. If you have had a background check in the past 3 years, we do not need to do another check this year.

Once you enter your email address and type in and submit the text in the box below, you will have completed Step 1.

Once we receive your completed I-form, you will receive an email containing a link to the BIB (Background Investigation Bureau) website where you will complete one more simple online form (Step 2).

Once that form is submitted, the process of the background check will begin. Upon receipt and review of the results of the report, you will be notified as to whether or not you have been approved to volunteer.
