The Digital Family Agreement Form must be filled out annually for each student in your household.

Counselors will be checking their email on a weekly basis throughout the summer. Please note below the days and times a counselor will be available in student services this summer. To schedule a time to meet with a counselor during one of the times listed below, please contact Student Services at 262-789-6400.  

8:00-11:30 a.m. (some days may be extended to 12:00 p.m.) on these dates 6/26, 7/11, 7/17, 7/24, 7/29, 8/08, 8/12, 8/13, 8/14, 8/15, 8/20, 8/21, 8/22   

In addition, all counselors will be available during Middle School Prep Camp on 8/15/24from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

All counselors will be available August 20-22 from 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m.

7th Grade students will have their photo taken and receive their ID card at Middle School Prep Camp, which they must have everyday for checking into study hall and flex sessions. 

All students will receive a picture ID - you do not need to order photos to receive an ID.  If lost, ID replacements are $5.00. Please report to the main office to order a replacement ID card. 

Grades 8-12: Wednesday, August 14, 10:00 am-2:00 pm during the Back to School Bash.

We are excited to announce that athlete registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open! Register your athletes for all sports they plan to participate in across the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Take care of the entire school year now to ensure your athlete is ready in time for their tryouts.

Important Information:

• Sports Physical Form: The required sports physical form must be dated on or after April 1, 2023, to be valid for the 24-25 school year. We can only accept the Medical Eligibility Form, which must be signed and dated by a doctor. Ensure the form is filled out completely before attaching it to your athlete's online registration.
• Not sure of the date for your athlete’s physical exam? Log into your athlete registration account to check the listed date and view the uploaded form.
• Registration Account: Use the same account/email you previously created to register your athlete. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
• If you are new to registering for a sport, you will need to create an account.
• Registration: Click here to register your athlete today for the 24-25 school year.
