We hold our Parent Teacher Conferences virtually on two days in the fall and one in the spring, typically from 3:00-6:00 pm. We are confident that you will find the conferences focused on learning and beneficial to your understanding of your student’s performance both academically and behaviorally.   

We send you the Sign-up Genius link and additional information on how to sign up, so you can reserve your personal conference time with each of your child’s teachers. This message and sign-up link will come directly to your email.

If you feel you would rather meet in person, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a time.

We have scheduled conferences for you to be able to:

• Review progress and to provide feedback prior to the end of the grading period,

• Obtain and share information that may be helpful to your student’s success.  

Conferences are scheduled for a specific period of time: 5, 7, 8 or 10 minutes, depending on teacher choice.  If you feel you need a longer conversation, please reach out to the teacher to schedule an appointment outside of these parent teacher conferences.
