School Hours: Classes begin at 7:25 and end at 2:40.  Students should not be in the building prior to 7:00 AM or after 3:00 PM unless they are participating in a school-sponsored activity.

Grades 7-8 will eat lunch first (10:24-10:54) and then have Flex/Advisory

Grades 9-12 will have Flex/Advisory first, then lunch (11:07-11:37)

• We expect that before and after school will be...challenging...the first weeks of school, if your student drives to school, please remind them to drive slowly and carefully on and around campus.  

• If you are dropping off a student, the only area where this is permissible is the drop-off zone located on the south cafeteria entrance.  Do not drop students off at any other locations, and please pull as far forward in the drop-off line as possible.  This will allow traffic to move quickly and students to arrive safely.  We expect high volumes of traffic too, so please leave early from home to make sure you are on time! 

Only those students who have been assigned a parking spot are permitted to park on campus during the school day.  Yearlong Parking Permits are on sale starting August 1st. To purchase your parking permit, please fill out the required form all online using the link. Parking spots are assigned in the order that payment is received via the webstore.  Parking permits will be available for pick up in the Bookkeeper’s Office or during Lion Prep Day.

Yes, all students are required to carry their student ID every day of school.

• If you will not make it to our Lion Prep Day to have your photo taken, please plan to have your ID photo taken on the picture makeup day listed above.

• Seniors DO NOT have their pictures taken, they can pick up their pre-printed ID on Lion Prep Day or in the main office after the start of school. 

• Attendance Procedures (Illness/Appointments):

  • To report an absence, or if a student is leaving early (appointments, etc.), parents/guardians have the following two options:

OPTION #1 SUBMIT ABSENCE IN INFINITE CAMPUS - Preferred option 

In the event your student needs to miss part or the entire school day, you can excuse your student from school through Infinite Campus. 

Step 1. Log in Link for Infinite Campus. 

Step 2. Follow the steps on the IC Absence Request document. 

Step 3. Follow up with your school’s attendance administrator assistant to provide them with a medical excuse or educational experience document to get your absence exempt.

OPTION #2: CALL THE ATTENDANCE HOTLINE

If your student is absent the entire day, will arrive late to school or needs a permit to leave the building early, please call the attendance hotline 262-789-6310 by 9:00 a.m.

Please leave the following information when you call:

• Your full name & relationship to the child

• Your child's full name and grade

• Reason for absence

• If you are taking your child out for an appointment, be sure to state the time you are picking him/her up and if he/she will be returning to school

• Absences called in by students, even age 18, will not be accepted.

If a student becomes ill at school, they are required to go to the health room if they wish to leave school. In order for us to know where your child is at all times, they need to come to the health room to contact a parent/guardian. The health room aide will need to speak with a parent/guardian before the student can be released from the building and this can be done easily when the student calls you from our health room.
