School District of New Berlin - Senior Class & Graduation Info 2024

Graduation will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in the Drexel Fieldhouse at New Berlin West to celebrate the graduation of this year’s senior class. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30 am.

Guest seating will be general admission. Since we anticipate that there is ample space to seat all those who wish to attend, tickets will not be needed at this year’s ceremony. Graduates and guests will be seated in folding chairs on the Field House floor, and we will also utilize bleacher seating this year. The doors will open at 9:20 a.m. to find seat(s) and will be available until 10:20 a.m. If you arrive after 10:20 a.m., we will hold you at the door until the graduate processional is completed and all graduates are seated. You would then be able to enter the ceremony.

Graduation Photos Registration

Empire Photography is our official graduation photographer. Every graduate will be photographed while receiving their diploma. You will need to opt-in, so we need you to opt-in by providing Empire with your contact information so they can send you the links to the proofs of your graduation photo. Please do this as soon as possible. It is quick & easy by following this LINK We are no longer able to share your contact information with outside vendors. Any questions can be sent directly to customerservice@empirephotos.com and they will get back to you as soon as possible or call them at 608-257-2941. Their office is open from 8:30am-5:00p.m. Monday-Friday.

Jostens

Cap & Gown All seniors participating in the graduation ceremony will need a cap, gown & tassel. If you ordered the cap & gown unit from Jostens, this includes a tassel. If you are using a borrowed gown and need a current tassel, they will be available for purchase for $10. Please email Emily.Dethloff@nbexcellence.org to put one on reserve. All other honor cords, stoles, & medallions will be provided by the district.
