We hold our Parent Teacher Conferences virtually on two days in the fall and one in the spring, typically from 3:00-6:00 pm. We are confident that you will find the conferences focused on learning and beneficial to your understanding of your student’s performance both academically and behaviorally.   

A Sign-up Genius link and additional information on how to sign up will be sent to parents/guardians before each conference. If you feel you would rather meet in person, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a time.

We have scheduled conferences for you to be able to:

• Review progress and to provide feedback prior to the end of the grading period,

• Obtain and share information that may be helpful to your student’s success.  

We appreciate that you try to limit your conference time to 10 minutes or less. If you wish to devote more than that amount of time to discuss your student and their learning with a teacher, please contact that teacher directly to schedule a meeting time other than the allotted conference evening.

If you are unable to attend conferences, or the teacher you would like to see is full we encourage you to contact your student’s instructors if you have questions regarding progress or would like to schedule a different time to meet.  You are also encouraged to utilize the services of Infinite Campus to see grades, homework, or communication to or from teachers.
