Crosby has her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. She has volunteered with children and adults in roles such as Girl Scout Leader, Girl Scout School Organizer, sports coach and church group youth leader. She was on the home and school board at Glen Park Elementary and involved in committees at Elmwood Elementary.
According to Crosby, as a board member, she will strive to be a voice for the students, parents and community of New Berlin to the school administration.
Issues that Crosby feels are important in the coming years include evaluating curriculum and standards to determine if they are the best direction for our students and community, retention of quality and effective teachers, and immediate and long-term facility needs.
